Our Automated Product Testing and Management System has been successfully implemented in ISO 9000/QS 9000 approved manufacturing facilities.
Automated Product Testing and Management with Database
Automated product testing can provide significant improvements to accuracy and cost of manufacturing throughput, inventory management, and warranty related product tracking. We have developed and implemented a product management platform for use with a bar code based serialization system and database. This platform allows for rapid and efficient tracking of products and their corresponding data through the various manufacturing, testing, and system pack-out stages of production.
